Ove is borderline a Karen just with a huge dollop of wholesomeness and sprinkles of everything nice. A Man Called Ove dragged me out of my reader’s block and made me cry and smile simultaneously. What more can I really ask from a book?

Book Review: Little Fires Everywhere

“Passion, like fire, was a dangerous thing. It so easily went out of control. It scaled walls and jumped over trenches.”

A very realistic fiction that made me question myself whether I value stability over everything or not. This novel is definitely an escape from fantasies, and proves that strong characters can cover up for not so strong plots.

Everyone’s Cup of Tea!

 

The first question people ask me when they realise I’m a bookworm is, “Could you recommend me some names? I haven’t read a book in ages.” (or, “Gosh! You’re such a nerd. How do you get the time to read?” *eye roll* )
